Paul Hulbert

Paul Hulbert is a highly-educated and experienced individual in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, and education. He studied BSc in Electrical Engineering at the prestigious University of Bristol, and later on, pursued Postgraduate Certificate in Education (Further and Higher Education) at the University of Plymouth. Moreover, he is also equipped with Professional Diploma in Management at The Open University, which enables him to excel in his managerial roles.

Notably, Paul has worked in various organizations throughout his career, which includes being a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science and Creative Technologies at the University of the West of England, a Lecturer in Information Systems at the same university, and an Adult Basic Education Lecturer at Filton College. He has also held project management roles at South Western Electricity Board and Western Power Distribution, which involved the development of IT systems in the distribution sector. In addition, he has also been involved in political activities, serving as a Parish Councillor and activist for the Liberal Democrats.

Currently, Paul is engaged in community activism through Common Themes, which aims to promote sustainable living practices in his local area. With his extensive knowledge and skills in the fields of engineering, education, and management, Paul is undoubtedly an individual with a diverse range of abilities and achievements.
