Paul Haywood is an educationalist focused on promoting fair and equal access to learning for independent creative inquiry and personal development.
He is dedicated to supporting educational engagement and social activism within the contemporary visual arts and academia.
Paul has a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Sculpture from the University of Reading and an Art Teachers Certificate in Education from Goldsmiths, University of London.
With a wealth of experience in academia, Paul has held various positions including Dean of Academic Programmes at Central Saint Martins, Visiting Professor at the University of Salford, and Associate Dean for Academic Development and Enhancement at Central Saint Martins.
He has also served as Professor of Social Arts Practice and Deputy Dean for the School of Art and Design at Middlesex University, and as Professor of Creative Community Engagement at the University of Salford.
Apart from his professional endeavors, Paul engages in painting and photography, exploring the impact of color on place identity.
