Paul Greenwood

Paul Greenwood is the Head of Transformation at Schroders Personal Wealth (SPW), a role he assumed in November 2023. This position was newly created to oversee transformative initiatives within the company, aligning with its strategic goals. Greenwood is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing change initiatives, as well as ensuring that these changes deliver tangible benefits to the organization.124

Prior to joining SPW, Greenwood had a distinguished 20-year career at Barclays, where he held various leadership roles, including Transformation Leader. His experience spans multiple regions, including the UK, Africa, Asia, and the US, where he served as a managing director and programme director.25 His extensive background in transformation change is expected to be instrumental as SPW embarks on significant technological advancements and growth initiatives.26
