Paul Girodo

Paul Girodo is a prominent figure known for his role as the Founder of the Government of Canada Designated Startup Visa Business Incubator, Empowered Startups Ltd. He is also recognized as the co-creator of the Portugal Angel Visa, a program launched in June 2019 in partnership with Government of Portugal R&D stakeholders.
