With experience in global investment banking at Lehman Brothers, he played a key role in Puma's acquisition by PPR, now Kering, marking the beginning of his focus on Scandinavian footwear and sportswear brands in North America.
Passionate about the footwear and apparel industry, Paul has been involved in launching and expanding renowned brands like Arc'teryx, Jil Sander, and Melissa Shoes.
He co-founded Fliteless and later contributed to the growth of Norwegian brand SWIMS before its acquisition by Differential Brands Group, now Centric Brands.
