Paul Dean is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Jounce Partners, an education non-profit organization focused on providing high-quality education to low-income students.
At Jounce Partners, the mission is to enhance teacher quality and improve student learning outcomes by supporting school leaders in developing effective teaching practices through coaching and team building.
Paul's career includes roles as an Instructional Coach, Chair of a High School Planning Committee, and Science Teacher at New Orleans College Prep, as well as teaching positions at Teach for America/G.W. Carver High School.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Yale University.
