Paul de Sulauze is the Co-founder and President of Les Empotés, an initiative focused on creating convivial meals that merge gourmet food with zero waste principles. The team at Les Empotés emphasizes the use of glass jars with an infinite lifespan, working with seasonal and mainly local products. Paul has a background in patisserie and hospitality, having studied at CMA Versailles and Lycée Sadi Carnot Jean Bertin. He also pursued entrepreneurial studies at Université PSL. Prior to Les Empotés, Paul held roles in renowned establishments such as Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Potel et Chabot, Sadaharu Aoki, and Clayton Hotel Galway. He was also involved with the RSE POSITIVE WORKPLACE community in France.
