Starting his career as an Apprentice Sheet Metal Worker, Paul has steadily advanced through various roles at Indmar Sheet Metal, including CNC Shop Foreman, Despatch Manager, and Sales Estimator, ultimately attaining the position of Sales Manager.

Currently, Paul serves as the Sales Manager at TBE Precision Sheet Metal, a prominent player in precision sheet metal in the North West of England, known for its commitment to quality and innovation.
