Paul 陳展禧

Paul Chan 陳展禧 is the Managing Partner of Pinnacle Lead Consulting Limited, a company he joined in July 2020.1 He is an experienced executive search professional specializing in the APAC technology market for over a decade.12 Chan focuses on executive search across innovation c-suite, board, and director levels, as well as human capital advisory, deal sourcing, and fund raising advisory.2

With a background in recruitment, Chan has built technology recruitment practices and networks across various Asian countries, including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Philippines.12 Prior to his current role, he was a founding member of Spencer Ogden Hong Kong, where he oversaw the Hong Kong business until 2020.1

Chan holds a BEng in Material Engineering and Forensics from Queen Mary, University of London.1 Outside of work, he is actively involved in the Hong Kong Football Club's Hockey section, serving on the committee as a sponsorship representative.12
