Paul Campagna

Paul Campagna is an accomplished Director of Business Development with a diverse background in the marketing, advertising, and beauty industries. He studied Marketing at Villanova University and began his career as a Creative Marketing Intern at Blend before moving on to roles as an Account Executive at Translation LLC and Havas. Paul gained experience in digital strategy, customer acquisition, integrated marketing, advertising, and e-commerce and spent several years at Prolific Interactive, where he served as Sr. Account Manager, Product Manager, Growth Operations Lead and Director, before being acquired by WeWork. Afterwards, Paul became Program Manager on the CoWorking team at WeWork where he worked with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class Member Experience. He later became Product Lead at Figure 1 Beauty, a venture-backed company revolutionizing skincare, overseeing the digital initiatives, including ecommerce and bespoke customer experiences. Today, Paul acts as Director of Business Development for Solution Partners at Radar, a company that collaborates with the world's leading digital agencies to imagine best-in-class location-based experiences. He is also a former Course Instructor at The University of Vermont Continuing and Distance Education.
