Paul Cabaj has over three decades of experience in leading social and economic innovation with a focus on triple bottom line initiatives. His expertise spans a wide range of areas including local investment instruments, business development, cooperatives, finance, government, human resources, market planning, policy analysis, project management, and training programs. Paul holds a Masters in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and Economics/History from the University of Alberta. He has held leadership positions in various organizations such as the Alberta Community and Cooperative Association, British Columbia Co-operative Association, Taktika Sustainability Solutions, Co-operatives and Mutuals Canada, and Alberta Cooperative Energy.
