Dr. Paul C. Kimball, PhD, JD, LMT, cMMP, is a retired intellectual property counselor and R&D leader with a wealth of experience in pharma and biotech sectors.

He currently offers part-time/freelance technical editing and writing services related to pharmaceutical and biotech product commercialization and is a licensed massage therapist specializing in pain relief and improving range of motion.

With over three decades of experience, Dr. Kimball has served in various roles within major law firms, corporations, and research institutions, focusing on IP strategy, solving complex business problems, and driving business goals in global corporations.

His former counseling specialties include IP diligence, litigation support, negotiating and drafting IP terms, and global exclusivity strategy development.

Dr. Kimball's current career in therapeutic massage began in 2015 after graduating from Potomac Massage Therapy Institute, where he leverages his strong biomedical background to provide evidence-based massage techniques for patients with acute and chronic pain.

His extensive education includes studies in molecular biology, intellectual property law, and life sciences from prestigious institutions like the University of California, Berkeley, and The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.

Throughout his career, he has held various positions such as Senior Director of Intellectual Property at Gene Logic Inc., Patent Counsel at Eli Lilly and Company, and Research Scientist at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center.
