Paul Boshyk

Paul Boshyk is a Partner in McMillan LLP's Advocacy & Employment Law Group with extensive experience in employment and labour law, corporate and commercial litigation.
He is a member of both the Ontario and Alberta bars, offering legal counsel to domestic and international clients on various legal matters including hiring and termination, collective bargaining, human rights, and workplace accessibility.
Paul represents vendors and purchasers in navigating the employment and labour aspects of intricate corporate transactions.
In his litigation practice, he has served as lead counsel in various legal forums such as all levels of court in Ontario, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, Alberta Human Rights Commission, Ontario Labour Relations Board, as well as in mediations and arbitrations.
Before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary, Paul earned a B.A.H. in Political Science from Queen's University.
During his academic journey, he was an active member of the Golden Gaels Varsity Football Team and achieved academic recognition in Canadian Interuniversity Sport. He was also honored with the Bill Miklas Trophy for Academics, Athletics, and Citizenship.
Paul has also pursued further education including a Certificate in Negotiation from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and an International Student Exchange program at The University of Hong Kong.
