    Paul Borgman is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of founding and operating successful high-growth companies.

    He co-founded ViperLink, the pioneering high-speed wireless Internet access provider in the US, which he later sold to a company owned by Paul Allen.

    In 2001, Borgman acquired the Southeast territorial rights to the B-Dry Waterproofing System and expanded it across 10 markets, earning several patents in the process, before moving on from the company.

    Subsequently, he co-founded Smoothstone IP Communications, a cloud-based service offering unified communication solutions to mid-size enterprises, where he served as CEO until a successful liquidity event in 2012.

    Borgman boasts extensive executive-level experience in marketing, sales, operations, and strategy in companies from startup to maturity, with prior experience as CEO of an independent vegetable oil refinery.

    He holds a BS in Economics from the University of Louisville, an MBA from Bellarmine University with a focus on Finance and Economics, and attended the University of Kentucky.

    Currently, Borgman is involved in advisory, investing activities, and has launched Elevation Rental Homes, aiming to build a single-family rental home portfolio catering to lower-middle and middle-income demographics with a focus on generating high returns while addressing family homelessness.

    A hands-on leader, Borgman actively engages in tactical and strategic aspects of his investments and has a passion for mentoring CEOs.

    He has held various positions in organizations such as Managing General Partner at Blue Canyon Rental Homes, Investor/Board Member in numerous technology, real estate, and bricks & mortar companies, CEO/Co-Founder/Board Member of Smoothstone IP Communications, and Co-founder/Board Member of Viperlink.
