Paul Biggar is an Irish tech entrepreneur and software engineer based in New York City. He is the founder and CEO of Tech For Palestine, an initiative he co-founded with a group of over 40 tech professionals aimed at addressing the tech industry's complicity in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and advocating for Palestinian rights. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of CircleCI, a continuous integration and delivery platform, and he also founded Darklang, a platform designed to simplify the process of building scalable applications.125
