Paul Besten

Paul Besten is a retired professional with expertise in management, interim management, HRM, mediation, negotiations, and event organization. He graduated from WING and Universiteit Utrecht with degrees in General Studies, MA Law, and Mediator dispute resolution. Additionally, Besten has held several management and advisory positions at Wageningen University and Research, including Associate Secretary General, Assistant to the Executive Board, and Assistant Director HRM. He has also served as a director, mediator, and raadgever, among other roles, for various organizations such as EurSafe, Serendipity Network, and Gastronomy Network. Besten has an extensive background in governmental, academic, and non-profit sectors, as well as experience as a platoon commander and trainee for the Defense Department.
