Paul Bennett is a seasoned product development manager and engineer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and launching products from conception to completion. Paul’s remarkable career spans across various industries, including skiing, watercrafts, and manufacturing, and has a wealth of knowledge in international development and production. He graduated from Western Washington University with a BS in Manufacturing Engineering and earned an MS in Materials from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Paul's expertise in product development includes injection molding, tooling, prototypes, and innovation. He has also demonstrated exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven track record of building and mentoring successful development teams.

Paul has held several senior-level positions throughout his career, including Senior Procurement Specialist at Pure Water Craft, Owner/Design-Development Engineer at Four Elements Design, LLC, Senior Design Engineer for Ski Boots and Category Manager for Full Tilt Ski Boots at K2 Sports. His extensive background in product development and manufacturing makes him a valuable asset to any team.
