His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and multiple Associate's degrees in fields such as Electro Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineer Technology/Technician, and Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Additionally, he has pursued Professional Continuing Education in Solar Design & Installation at HeatSpring.

Paul has gained valuable work experience as a Solar Engineering Manager at Ingeteam Inc., where he currently works. Previously, he held positions such as Product and Process Engineer at Ingeteam Inc., Operations Manager / Tech / Maintenance / Quality Control at VSI / Pop and Lock LLC, Electrician at Nass Electric, and Manager / Bartender / Server at Titletown Brewing Company.
