Paul Baribault

Paul Baribault is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, a position he has held since November 2019. Prior to this role, he served as the President and CEO (Elect) for a month in October 2019. His career includes significant experience in the entertainment industry, notably as Vice President and General Manager of Disneynature at The Walt Disney Studios, where he led wildlife storytelling initiatives and conservation efforts.

Baribault holds an MBA in Marketing and Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Stanford University. He has been recognized with multiple awards, including the San Diego Business Journal's CEO of the Year in 2023 and the Globee CEO / World Leader of the Year Award in December 2023. His leadership has been instrumental in driving significant box office success for Disney's animated films and wildlife documentaries, contributing to conservation awareness and education.12
