In addition to her professional experience, Weng has demonstrated leadership skills as the President of Microfinance at Berkeley from August 2015 to May 2017, where she facilitated access to 0% interest loans for small businesses in the Bay Area.1
Weng is proficient in Chinese (native or bilingual) and has limited working proficiency in French.1 She has also obtained a certification in SQL for Data Science from the University of California, Davis through Coursera.1
