Patrick Yearout

Patrick Yearout is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with a Bachelor's of Arts in Business Administration from Western Washington University and an extensive background in restaurant management. With his expertise in restaurant management and business administration, Patrick has held various leadership positions, including the Director of Innovation at Ivar's Restaurants and President at Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers, where he mentored several industry professionals. He also served as a Board Member in the Food Advisory Board at Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, Employer Advisory Board at Farestart, and Education Foundation at Washington Restaurant Association.
