Patrick Vegter

Patrick Vegter is a passionate coach and connector known for his people-centric and collaboration-focused approach.

Patrick's educational background includes a Post Bachelor's degree in Coach Practitioner from Europees Instituut De Baak, a degree in HBO Higher Business Administration from Hogeschool NCOI, and completion of the Management Development Program at Bureau Zuidema.

He also studied Voa Business Administration at Verdoorn/Storck - Marcad.

Throughout his career, Patrick has taken on various roles in different organizations. He served as an Organization Coach at Knab and previously owned Vegter Personal & Business Coaching.

He also worked as a Scrum Master a.i. - Coach at Noun BV, a Scrum Master a.i. at KLM, Sr. Customer Journey Expert & Product owner in Open banking (psd2) - Money Management at ING, and Sr. Customer Journey Expert in Jeugd & Studenten - Daily Banking at ING.

Furthermore, Patrick has held diverse interim positions in Digital Transformation at Vegter ISMP, worked as a Partner/Product Owner partnerships at Fancal, served as a Consultant in Direct Marketing Key Accounts at Cendris (PostNL), and assumed managerial roles at Malmberg (Sanoma) and Aromedia.

Prior to this, he gained experience as a Senior Accountmanager at Aromedia/Malmberg (Sanoma), an Accountmanager at Aromedia, and a Medewerker bedrijfsbureau at UWV. He also owned Dansation Events in the past.
