Currently, Patrick holds the position of Managing Member at TD+Partners, a role that allows him to bring his expertise in financial operations and new business implementation to the field of real estate development.

Prior to his role at TD+Partners, Patrick Terborg served as the Associate Director of Fiscal Operations at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, where he gained valuable experience in managing financial operations within an educational institution.

Patrick also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Blackstone 360, showcasing his leadership skills and financial acumen in a prominent role within the company.

Before his time at Blackstone 360, Patrick Terborg worked at Computershare/Equiserve, where he held roles such as Manager of New Business Implementation & Finance and Manager of Finance & New Business Implementation, demonstrating his multifaceted skill set in finance and implementation.

With a strong foundation in finance, Patrick started his career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Equiserve, where he honed his analytical skills and financial expertise.
