Patrick Stubbs is an experienced executive, leader, and strategist with over 15 years of expertise in scaling rapidly growing companies. His skills encompass building finance organizations, leading corporate planning during periods of hyper-growth, fundraising, investor relations, capital markets, SaaS metrics, and corporate development. He holds significant knowledge in preparing companies for M&A, IPO, and SPAC exits. Patrick studied Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) with a specialization in Finance at the University of Sydney and also took part in the Erasmus Program focusing on International Finance at Universiteit Maastricht. Throughout his career, he has held key positions such as Vice President of Accounting & Finance at Zendrive, Senior Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development at NCC, Vice President of Technology Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, Associate focusing on Financial Sponsors at Credit Suisse, and Analyst in Equity Capital Markets/Mergers and Acquisitions at ABN AMRO.
