Patrick Sterns is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in solar sales, marketing, pipeline and business development, holding NABCEP certification as a solar installer.

With experience as a small business owner, Patrick has excelled as a veteran organizer and director of large-scale national political and advocacy campaigns, managing sizable teams of over 300 employees.

His specialties include recruitment, training, staff management, project management, sales and direct marketing, communications, organic and edible gardening, irrigation, landscape and hardscape construction, as well as solar installation.

Patrick's educational background includes a BA in International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound and specialized studies in PV design, installation, and residential electricity at Laney College.

Throughout his career, Patrick has held key roles at reputable organizations such as SunPower Corporation, GRID Alternatives, and Solar Technologies, where he served in various capacities from multifamily partnerships manager to residential sales director and solar consultant.

His professional journey also includes experience as the owner/operator of Green Thumb Edible Gardens, as well as leadership positions at Grassroots Campaigns where he contributed as a field director, regional director, and canvass director.

Additionally, Patrick has a background in education, having worked as an ESL teacher at Annie Wright School and as a treasurer at Peace Action Children's Team, rounding out his versatile skill set and interests.
