Patrick Savage

Patrick Savage is an accomplished academic and musician with a diverse educational background in music, psychology, and musicology.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Musicology from Tokyo University of the Arts, an MSc in Psychology/Music from McMaster University, and a Bachelor's degree in Music from Amherst College.

Currently, Patrick serves as an Associate Professor at Keio University, where he imparts his knowledge and expertise to students.

Previously, he held positions as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford and as a Graduate Student at both Tokyo University of the Arts and McMaster University.

He also has experience as an Amherst-Doshisha Fellow at Doshisha University and as a Composer-in-Residence at Samuel Marsden Collegiate School.
