Patrick O'Rourke is a Canadian journalist and managing editor at MobileSyrup, Canada's largest tech news source. He has a passion for video games, technology, and writing that started at a young age while reading gaming magazines like Nintendo Power and Electronic Gaming Monthly. Patrick has interviewed various tech industry executives, reviewed hundreds of games, covered events such as GDC, E3, Gamescom, WWDC, Apple keynotes, Samsung press conferences, and local Toronto technology press events, and appeared on TV and radio stations as a technology analyst. He writes for publications such as MobileSyrup, BetaKit, The National Post, Financial Post, Post Arcade, Postmedia, and more.

Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Ryerson University and a Public Relations and Corporate Communications Certificate from Centennial College.
