Patrick Newell

Patrick Newell is an accomplished Vision Navigator and Learning Activist with a wealth of experience in various fields ranging from education, leadership, innovation, technology, to communications, among others. As the Program Director of SingularityU Japan and permanent faculty at Graduate School of Leadership and Innovation at Shizenkan University, Patrick has honed his skills and expertise, enabling him to become a highly sought-after professional. He co-founded Tokyo International School and was one of the pioneers of TEDxTokyo, the second edition of TEDx in the world. He also founded PAN Inc. and 21 Foundation (Future Exponential Transformation).

Patrick has traveled to more than 90 countries and worked in over 20 countries globally. He is an expert on Japan, where he has resided for 28 years and has come to love for its rich culture. He is committed to aligning Japan with the rapidly changing world and has a strong interest in utilizing ancient and exponential technologies to achieve high levels of collective intelligence.

Patrick studied Education at Oxford Brookes University and has attended Singularity University courses. He is set to publish a book in Japanese with Konbusha: "Strategies for Keeping Japan #1" on November 20th, 2019.
