Patrick Mills is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Scientist 1 with the CTUIR Energy & Environmental Sciences Program. He excels as the Laboratory Manager at the CTUIR Field Station Science & Engineering Laboratory, contributing significantly to the laboratory's ORELAP accreditation in 2017. Patrick focuses on ion exchange resin based passive sampling device R&D and project management. His expertise includes writing successful grant proposals and overseeing technical projects such as Geothermal Play Fairway Analysis, solar photovoltaic array installation, and risk assessment tool development. Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University, specializing in nanotechnology. With an Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate, he aspires to become a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and was recognized as the 2019 Young Engineer of the Year by the Professional Engineers of Oregon.
