Patrick Methvin

Patrick Methvin is an accomplished educational leader and business professional with a diverse background in both academia and consulting. He obtained his Masters in Educational Leadership and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, and his Bachelors in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Methvin is currently the Director of Postsecondary Success at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where he provides strategic direction on improving outcomes for higher education students. Prior to his current role, he served as the Deputy Director-Postsecondary Success US Program and Principal at Boston Consulting Group, where he worked as a Project Leader, providing consulting services to clients in various industries. Methvin has also held positions as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group and Summer Analyst at McKinsey & Company.

In addition to his robust professional experience, Methvin has served as a Board Member at Impact Public Schools, contributing to the development and implementation of educational policies and practices. He also has experience in business development, having served as a Summer Business Development Intern at Nautica.
