Patrick Levy-Rosenthal, a Parisian born entrepreneur, has made significant contributions to the field of artificial intelligence. Levy-Rosenthal is the founder and CEO of Emoshape Inc., a technology company that introduces bio-inspired emotion into robots, smart phones, toys, computers, and other major electronic devices. He received the IST Prize from the European Union and has been featured in Forbes magazine. Passionate about the relationship between cognition and emotion, Levy-Rosenthal developed the world's first Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology that can feel 64 trillion possible states every 1/10 of a second. With his Emotion Processing Unit (EPU) microchip for AI, Levy-Rosenthal is poised to revolutionize emotional synthesis in the field of AI.
Prior to Emoshape, Levy-Rosenthal founded and served as CEO of Audiotrack, Pitvox, and 3D Solar. He has also served as CEO at D&L Futures and was a Senior Trader on Future Markets (Finacor) at Viel Tradition. Levy-Rosenthal has studied at the Université Paris Nanterre and delivered a TEDx talk on his 2006 invention, Virtual Lens, now utilized by Snapchat and Instagram.
