Patrick Kay

Patrick Kay is a Principal at North Sky Capital, a sustainable infrastructure fund investing in projects that bring about positive social and environmental change while aiming for top-tier returns. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Kay sources, evaluates, and executes new investments while also monitoring existing ones.

Kay has an impressive educational background, having studied both Environmental Engineering and Economics at Tufts University and earned his Master of Business Administration at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Before joining North Sky Capital, Kay held several senior roles in various organizations, including Senior Director of Development at BlueWave Solar and Director of Finance and M&A at SunEdison. He was also Vice President at Tenaska Capital Management and Director of Florida Operations at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, among others.

Kay's expertise in environmental engineering, finance, M&A, and real estate operation and management make him a valuable asset to North Sky Capital.
