Patrick Hansen

Patrick Hansen is a seasoned patent attorney specializing in the strategic development of patent portfolios in the electrical arts. He has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications.

With a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, Patrick also studied Electrical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin.

Throughout his career, Patrick has held positions at prestigious organizations such as Harrity & Harrity, LLP, Murphy, Bilak & Homiller, PLLC, Myers Bigel Sibley & Sajovec, PA, and Stratus IP Law Group. He has also served as an associate at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox while gaining valuable experience as a summer associate at Myers Bigel Sibley & Sajovec and Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox.

Prior to his legal career, Patrick gained technical expertise as a Lab Systems Administrator at Duke University Medical Center and as a Software Designer and Engineer at Nortel Networks, Alerts.com, and IBM.
