Patrick Gallagher is a Lean Continuous Improvement expert who specializes in management, training, influencing, and leading projects using quality principles such as Six-Sigma, root cause analysis, triage, Dell 5C, and close loop corrective action. He firmly believes that the best way to solve a problem is by removing its cause, and his expertise lies in providing unique risk and communication strategies that simplify complexity and improve processes. With over 5 years of experience, Patrick has helped global teams introduce 3 generations of products that have not gone on hold the moment they were launched, saving one company more than 10 Million USD. He has also enabled global manufacturing teams to comply with ISO 9001 requirements, which customers expect from all certified companies. Patrick has studied 9 'O' Levels at St. Michaels School, Stevenage, an HND in Computer Studies and a BA in Computer Systems Management at London South Bank, and St. Edward's University, respectively. He has also studied Dale Carnegie Training, a Course in Effective Communication, and Human Relations at Dale Carnegie Training and the Course in Sales (Sales Advantage). He has also completed the Landmark Forum and the NPI New Product Introduction School.
