His industry expertise spans across various sectors including industrial products, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare providers, working with diverse company structures ranging from large & mid-sized SEC registrants to international issuers and non-public entities.

He is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (Pennsylvania) and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In his professional journey, Patrick has served in various roles at PwC, starting as an Assurance Associate and progressing to roles such as Assurance Senior Associate, Manager, Senior Manager, and eventually assuming the position of Assurance Director. He currently holds the title of Director at the PwC National Quality Office.

Prior to his tenure at PwC, he gained valuable experience as a Domestic & International Tax Intern at AstraZeneca.
