Patrick Duffy

Patrick Duffy is a real estate and consumer technology entrepreneur who founded The Chatham Bay Group, LLC in 2006.12 As CEO, he is responsible for establishing and implementing the company's overall corporate strategy, leading finance and development initiatives.1

Duffy has over 20 years of professional real estate experience.1 Prior to founding Chatham Bay, he worked as a Development Director at a NYSE-listed equity REIT from 2001 to 2006, where he managed over $2.7 billion worth of real estate transactions.1

In addition to his role at Chatham Bay Group, Duffy is also:

1. Founder and CEO of Everence, a consumer technology company that manufactures a patented product for adding DNA to tattoos.2
2. Founder and Chairman of Chatham Bay Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides therapeutic scuba diving programs for wounded U.S. military personnel and their families.12

Duffy holds a B.S. from the University of Delaware and has completed post-graduate coursework at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Stanford Graduate School of Business.12 He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).12
