Dr. Patrick Das is an accomplished professional specializing in exploring and implementing new growth strategies, innovation design, and the development of platform business models.

With a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Delft University of Technology, obtained in 2019, Dr. Das focused his research on the execution of radical and disruptive innovations within large-scale organizations.

His educational background includes a Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis, and Management from Delft University of Technology, further complemented by an Exchange Program in Business Economics and Sustainable Energy at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Dr. Das has also honed his expertise through a Minor in International Entrepreneurship and Development and a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering Policy Analysis and Management, all acquired from Technische Universiteit Delft.

Professionally, Dr. Das serves as the New Growth & Innovation Advisor at PA Consulting, bringing his wealth of experience to drive transformation and innovation.

His prior roles include significant positions at ING, where he held various titles such as Chief Innovation Officer, Researcher, and Advisor in Innovation within the Innovation Management & Fund and the Customer Experience Center.

Before his tenure at ING, Dr. Das gained valuable research experience as a Randstad 380kV researcher at TenneT, contributing to the field of Water Management Research at NGO Uttaran in Bangladesh and TU Delft.

Dr. Das is well-versed in a range of methodologies and practices including designing innovation strategies, organizing corporate venturing, conducting trend research, offering start-up coaching, and leading open innovation programs.

His skill set also encompasses Lean Start-up methodologies, Design Thinking approaches, and Agile software development, showcasing his versatility and ability to implement cutting-edge solutions in diverse settings.
