►Conceive, co-ordinate within the business and deliver a rolling 3-year strategic marketing plan in line with Corporate business objectives and the sales plan
► (Initially) re-brand the Wellbeing Software Group of 4 businesses under one new Wellbeing Software brand to strengthen/extend product leadership in key healthcare software sectors and build awareness, credibility and new sales opportunities in others
►(Then) build the Wellbeing's brand awareness, reputation and equity in preparation for a 2020 sale exit by the venture capital owners, at a target multiplier (exceeded by 50%)

► Merger Rebrand: Building on original branding and customer awareness, successfully integrating 4 stand-alone company brands into 1 distinctive new and dynamic brand. At Wellbeing Software, creating a brand portfolio platform to retain/grow existing customers under a new “connected healthcare” positioning for cross and up-sell across brands/products enabling distinctive sector stand-out and foundations for entry into new sectors and markets. 

► PE Company Sale: Supports growth and business sale strategies through building brand credibility and value. At Wellbeing Software created new brand which over a 2-year period contributed to a Private Equity sale at c50% higher than minimum objective set.

Working as a freelance consultant under “Imagine it if”, worked for a range of clients including Wellbeing Software. 

► Appointed by Wellbeing Software to take on project ownership, re-examine, direct and deliver a key Corporate re-brand project, from research stage through to delivery 
► Strategically brought together 4 separate healthcare software businesses and re-brand as 1 distinctive new and differentiated brand, operating under a holding group company with its own 'stand-alone' website, completed in 2019.

Re-positioned an international motorcycle tyre brand playing a major role in n it becoming the UK’s fastest growing tyre brand; the campaign being adopted by other client country markets with some seeing 50%+ sales increases.
