Patrick Buckley

Patrick Buckley is the Vice President of Development at Open Road Renewables, a position he has held since March 2017. He has over a decade of experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in the development and permitting of large-scale projects. His work includes permitting over 400 MW of solar projects in Virginia and managing the development of several solar initiatives in Ohio.13

Prior to joining Open Road Renewables, Buckley worked at Pioneer Green Energy, where he led the development of various complex wind and solar photovoltaic projects across multiple states, including California and Alabama. He holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.123

Buckley's expertise encompasses a wide range of renewable energy projects, contributing significantly to the growth of utility-scale solar and wind energy across the United States.
