Patrick Blim-Hockberger is a general music teacher with extensive experience in both professional music and teaching.
With a decade of music and teaching background in Chicago, Patrick holds degrees in Music Composition and Sound Arts & Industries from Northwestern University.
He furthered his education by completing a Master of Music Education program at the University of Illinois.
Patrick integrates his diverse musical and life experiences into creating innovative music curriculum and delivering high-quality instruction.
His past roles include teaching voice, piano, guitar, and preschool music at the Chicago Park District, as well as writing and music directing children's musicals.
He also gained experience from interning at 98.7 WFMT, coaching middle school track & field, and working with composer Paul Caldwell at the Youth Choral Theater of Chicago.
