Patrick (Pat) Alex

Patrick Alex is a native German with over 7 years of experience supporting founders in emerging markets, particularly in Latin America.

He has worked as an Investment Professional at early stage fund Nazca and later as the Director of Access to Capital for Chile at Endeavor.

Currently, Patrick is a Senior Manager at Endeavor Global in New York City and hosts The Enthusiast podcast where he interviews prominent founders and investors outside Silicon Valley.

With 6 years of on-the-ground experience in Latin America, Patrick has resided in Chile, New Zealand, Switzerland, the UK, and Germany, splitting his time between New York, Chile, and Germany.

His educational background includes a Master of Science (MSc.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Exeter, a BSc. in International Business from ESB Business School at Reutlingen University, and various teaching assistant roles.

Previously, Patrick held roles such as Senior Manager and Podcast Host at Endeavor, Director Access to Capital in Chile, Senior Associate at Endeavor, Investor at NAZCA, Investment Analyst at Mountain Partners, among others.

He has a diverse professional experience ranging from business development at Lufthansa to management consulting at PA Consulting Group and has been actively involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
