Patricia Shaw

Patricia Shaw is the Operations Manager and President of CLR Auto Transport, a company she co-founded in 2005 with her late husband, Chester LaPierre. Originally from Santiago, Chile, she moved to the United States in 1991 and began her career in the transportation industry shortly thereafter, working as a client service representative for a small transportation company in Southern California. This experience allowed her to develop essential customer service skills and operational knowledge within the fleet industry.12

After Chester's passing in December 2020, Patricia took over full ownership and leadership of CLR Auto Transport. Under her guidance, the company has focused on becoming a leading fleet transport partner rather than the largest, emphasizing a strong culture of client care and operational excellence. Patricia's bilingual abilities and commitment to service have been pivotal in establishing CLR’s reputation within the industry.123

In addition to her operational role, Patricia has received several accolades, including being named Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women in 2012 and participating in the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, which has significantly influenced her business strategies.12
