Meet Patricia Russell, an innovative and accomplished architect and designer with a passion for sustainable solutions in the building industry. With a BEds and MArch degree in architecture from Dalhousie University, and a BA (hons) architecture degree from London Metropolitan University, Patricia has proven herself to be a competent and skilled professional with a broad range of expertise.

As the CEO of Casa Duro, an innovative modular building system designed for all climates, Patricia leads a team of experts in developing and creating unique and sustainable solutions that are adaptable to various environments. Her innovative approach to building design has earned her recognition in the industry, and her patented resilient modular building system is renowned for its flood and wind resistance up to 225 mph, its rapid installation process, and its unique compliance mechanism design components.

Before joining Casa Duro, Patricia was an interim professor of Sustainable Architecture at Herzing College, where she was responsible for educating students on environmentally conscious building practices. She also served as a Freelance Architect, where she was responsible for residential and small commercial design. Her experience ranges from junior architect to project manager, and she has worked with some of the most respected architectural firms in Canada and the U.K.

Patricia's investment preference is with angel investors, strategic partnerships, or investment brokers registered with IIROC, and she seeks strategic partnerships in various sectors, including sustainable hotels, sustainable resorts, modular homes, and storm-proof homes. Her professional and academic background and her expertise in sustainable design, sustainable development, and hurricane-proof technology make her a valuable asset for any project.
