Patricia Mou
Patricia Mou is the co-founder of The Commons, a community space in San Francisco dedicated to open-ended curiosity, co-created play, and collective flourishing.123 She is also the founder of several other projects:
- haumbody.1, an interior design studio creating "vibes-capes" for slow routines around self-connection, creativity, and mindfulness
- Rabbit Holes1, a paid newsletter and community exploring meaning-making, beauty, art, architecture and philosophy through curation
Prior to co-founding The Commons, Patricia held product roles at various startups including:
- Sr. Product Manager, Consumer at Calm1, the #1 app for sleep, meditation, and relaxation
- Product Manager at Stitch Fix1, overseeing product areas in onboarding, personalization, and pricing
- Growth Product at DoorDash1, leading initiatives and conducting strategic analysis across the growth funnel
Patricia has a diverse educational background, having studied at UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, University of Cambridge, and Beijing Language and Culture University.1
In her free time, Patricia enjoys reading, going on meditation retreats, and communing over coffee.4 She is currently pursuing a graduate degree at Harvard's Graduate School of Design while exploring how spaces and social infrastructure can support meaning-making and self-actualization in community.45
