Patricia Kelley

Patricia Kelly is the SVP of Information Technology at STCU (Spokane Teachers Credit Union) in Liberty Lake, Washington.1 She has been with STCU since 2000, starting as the Director of Information Systems and progressing through various roles including Director of Enterprise Security and Vice President before assuming her current position in June 2019.1

Prior to her career at STCU, Patricia served in the United States Air Force from 1995 to 2000, holding positions such as NCOIC of Network Administration, Information Assurance, and Network Infrastructure, as well as Chief of the Network Control Center.1

Patricia holds several professional certifications, including Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) from ISC2 and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA.1 Her experience spans over two decades in the financial services industry, with a focus on information technology and security.
