Pat Tissington is a renowned Occupational Psychologist with an impressive background in academia and leadership. As the Academic Director for Employability and Skills at the University of Warwick, Pat drives the creation of long-term blended learning strategies and the enhancement of students' practical skills, particularly in challenging environments.
