Pat Moran is a highly experienced payments industry executive with a proven track record in business strategy, product management, pricing, payment economics, and deal structuring. With expertise in a range of areas, Pat has advised private equity firms and technology companies on payment processing, and is a sought-after Expert Witness for the payments industry, having testified in multiple litigations across Delaware Chancery Court, UK High Court, state courts, commercial and criminal cases.

After studying for a Bachelor of Economics at the US Military Academy at West Point, Pat went on to complete an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He has held a number of impressive positions throughout his career, including VP Payments at DRB Systems, Co-Founder at G2Lytics, Advisor at BlackLine Advisory Group, VP Network Strategy and Business Development at Solutran, and Adjunct Professor MBA Program at St. Catherine University.
