Pat Loughery, D. Min, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning software project management, quality assurance, team leadership, nonprofit leadership, and teaching.

With over 30 years in software project management and quality assurance combined with more than 20 years in nonprofit leadership and education, Pat's expertise lies at the convergence of technology, education, and transformational leadership.

Pat holds a Doctor of Ministry in Transformational Leadership for the Global City and an eLearning Certification from Bakke Graduate University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Gonzaga University.

Throughout their career, Pat has held various roles in reputable organizations including Starbucks, The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, Community of Aidan and Hilda, Northwest University, Q Analysts LLC, Design Laboratory Inc., Equiom, DeepRockDrive, Quardev Laboratories, Mt. Si Vineyard Church, Mountain Vineyard Christian Fellowship, and Microsoft.

Pat has also served in capacities such as manager of software quality assurance, affiliate professor, adjunct faculty, social media consultant, senior QA analyst, senior consultant, director of quality assurance, project manager, test architect, pastor, software developer, and more.
