Pat Kelly has over 40 years of experience as a litigator and currently serves as a Mediator and Arbitrator at ADR Services Inc in Los Angeles. Throughout his career, he held prestigious positions including president of the State Bar of California, president of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and president of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society. His expertise lies in mediating and arbitrating complex cases such as personal injury, professional liability, and commercial disputes. Pat is well-known for his extensive lecturing and writing on legal topics, particularly in insurance litigation. He is a co-author of the California Insurance Litigation Guide, a widely referenced treatise. With a background in law from Loyola Law School, mediation training from Pepperdine Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College, Pat Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as a mediator and arbitrator.
