Pat Conley

Pat Conley is a highly experienced and accomplished software development engineer, with expertise in general management, computer science, and physics. He has worked with numerous renowned organizations, including Expel, Amazon Web Services, ScienceLogic, Contractor Management Services, Cyber Insurance Company of America, AMCAD, Deltek, and Transcore, among others. Pat possesses an Executive MBA in General Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, a MS in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University, and a BS in Physics from the same institute. Besides, he also serves as an adjunct professor in the EMBA and MBA programs at Rochester Institute of Technology. Pat brings with him extensive experience in technology leadership, development, and operations across various domains.

As a Software Development Engineer at Expel, Pat leads and contributes to the development, implementation, and improvement of software products while ensuring that they are robust, reliable, and scalable. His role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software products to customers. Before that, he worked with Amazon Web Services as an SDE, ScienceLogic as VP of Engineering, Contractor Management Services as CTO, Cyber Insurance Company of America as CTO, and AMCAD as President and CTO. Furthermore, Pat has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles, including SVP of Technology and Engineering at Deltek, SVP of Product Development at Verisign, EVP and Chief Software Officer at Transcore, CTO and VP of Development at iDashes, and Director of Business Development at VeriSign. He has also co-founded Beechwood Data Systems, where he brought his expertise in software development, customer acquisition, and growth strategies.
